How do you measure upper extremity dynamic stability? The recently described UQ-YBT offers a reliable way to objectively measure upper trunk stability and mobility in a closed kinetic chain position. The UQ-YBT allows us to measure limb symmetry and identify potential limitations that could contribute to an individuals injury risk.
